The Routica Mobile App is a free download for both Android and iOS devices.

The Routica Mobile App does not have any fees or charges for its use.

The Routica Mobile App is supported for use with Android and iOS smartphones and tablets. Windows and MAC PCs are not supported at this time.

You do need to create a user account in order to login or configure your Explorer I Router. There is no cost for your user account.

You can request . On your smartphone, launch the Routica Mobile App. On the Sign In screen, tap the “Forgot Password” option. From here, you may request password reset instructions.

The ‘Remember Me’ feature is designed to only remember your username, which is your email address. For security purposes, your password will NEVER be stored, and is required that you enter your password at each login attempt.

The Routica Mobile App does support biometric logins, that is, fingerprint or facial recognition. Fingerprint or facial recognition login may only be used if your smartphone supports these operations.

If you have a Facebook, Google, or Apple account, you may use those credentials to login to the Routica Mobile App. From the Sign In screen, you will observe the tappable icon for Facebook, Google, or Apple ID logins.
